Brand and product information

Kardia Beuaty is female-founded and 100% Australian family-owned.

Our luxurious, all-natural skincare duo is formulated and made in Byron Bay, surrounded by the natural beauty of Australia’s far-north coast of New South Wales.

Our delicate pink clay face mask powder is also formulated and made in Australia.

Our entire beauty collection is made from the highest-quality organic and 100% natural ingredients. Our formulations have been thoughtfully created for young skin (so no harsh, active ingredients) and can be safely used on children from five years of age. 

The aroma of our products have been carefully created using only natural essential oils (without the use of artificial fragrance). They have a beautiful natural fragrance, which also carry amazing therapeutic properties. 

We purposely created our formulas without any nut oils to avoid allergic reactions, however as with any new product, we do suggest you read the full ingredient list and do a small patch test first.

We are proudly an eco-conscious brand. Everything we do is carefully considered. We are environmentally-conscious and very proud to use bottles made from 100% recycled land waste plastic - and manufactured in Australia.

We pride ourselves on how we carefully hand-pack our products for posting - using plastic-free packaging.

Our ultimate aim is to nourish your skin, while being kind to the earth.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders more than $75 and a flat fee of $9 for any orders under $75. We ship with Australia Post. Kardia Beauty will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, although this can sometimes take up to 24 hours to become active in the Australia Post system. We anticipate most orders will take between two to seven days for delivery, with remote areas taking up to 10 days. 

All orders must be signed for on delivery unless you have given authority to leave goods without a signature. Please note, if you give authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.

If you are sending to a company or office, we ask that you please add your company name to avoid your package being returned to us.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We understand on some occasions you may require a quicker delivery. For urgent orders, Express Shipping is available in Australia for a flat fee of $15. Please select this option at checkout.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address (please check your junk folder if you do not receive it). We then aim to process your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).  Please note that at particularly busy times, for example Christmas or promotions, processing times may increase slightly and we appreciate your patience during this time.

All orders are in Australian Dollars. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Orders outside Australia

International orders are also sent using Australia Post and their reciprocal carriers.  International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once it reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

All International deliveries must be signed for.

Country regulations:

CHINA
Customers from China can place an order up to 1000 Chinese Yuan Renminbi (approximately $200 AUD depending on the exchange rate at the time) due to importing regulations.

ITALY
Italian import is restricted to two products only and no more than a quantity of two of each product.

VIETNAM
Vietnam orders must be below 2.000.000 VND (approximately $125 AUD depending on the exchange rate at the time) due to importing regulations.

International delivery times vary from ten days to fourteen days depending on the delivery country.

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 AUD.

All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value in AUD. We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are a retail company.

Please ensure your order shipping details are correct before processing your order. Kardia Beauty will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to an error entered on your order form.

Refunds

We truly love our products and we hope you do too.  However, if you are not completely satisfied please email us at hello@kardiabeauty.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we will organise a refund. The return postage is at the customer’s expense, and we suggest registering your parcel so it has tracking. Once our team has received the returned products, please allow up to five days to process the refund. The refund will be processed back onto your original method of purchase. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund.

Wholesale enquiry
